- How long will it take to get my order?
- We do our best to try and ship your orders as soon as we receive them. With that said, we find that most of our orders go out before 48 hrs after you place an order.

- We have found that the most efficient way of shipping our orders is using German and Austrian Post. However, there are cases where we may differ from choosing these providers. One thing you can be sure of, your order will arrive safe and sound!
- How can I track my order?
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your items are on their way. In addition, you should be able to create an account with us and check the status of your order.
- How do I use a Promo Code / Discount?
- During checkout, there's going to be an empty space for you to input your Promo Code / Discount, so make sure you add it before submitting your order.
- My items were damaged during transit, can I return the products?
- Of course! Our goal is to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase. So we definitely offer a 30-day worry-free guarantee.
