All non-refrigerated grocery products purchased at Mexcart may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Delivery return must be paid by customer unless it can be proven that it was damaged during transit or prior to customer received item(s).
Customers with a receipt will be refunded based on the method of payment used for the original purchase.
Returns without a receipt may only be exchanged or receive store credit.
No returns on expired products or clearance/sale items.
Returns of open or expired products are subject to the sole discretion of Mexcart management.
